Incidental 48 is an aqua-blue female fish who makes several cameo appearances throughout the series, starting with the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
Incidental 48's model
She is an aqua-blue fish with light teal lips and a light aqua-green dorsal fin and legs. She wears a purple dress and black shoes. Her appearance is very similar to Incidental 63, the only differences being her lips, fin, the shape of her head, and her shoe color.

She appears giving a box as a gift to her husband, Nat Peterson.
"Rock-a-Bye Bivalve"
She appears with Nat Peterson, wondering how SpongeBob and Patrick give birth to a scallop.
"Chum Caverns"
She appears with her stepdaughter, Susie Rechid, and tells her that the line for the elevator is very long.
