Incidental 47[3] is a butterfly tang fish who has appeared with Fred and Incidental 6 and makes many cameo appearances throughout the series, starting with the episode called "Ripped Pants."

Description
She is a light yellow female fish with light olive-green lips, black eyes, and light blue faded fins. She wears a white and red floral-printed wrap skirt.
Names
- In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," she was named Sadie. Later on the episode, Squidward goes into the table she is in and names her "Mable."

"Ripped Pants"
She is seen in the crowd with the other Bikini Bottomites.
"Fear of a Krabby Patty"
When SpongeBob is screaming at different Bikini Bottomites as they appear to be giant killer Krabby Patties to him, one of them is Incidental 6. She tells him that his shirt is hideous.
