Incidental 45, also known as Teen 12, Incidental PM8, and Incidental CM21 is a fish who regularly visits the Krusty Krab and Goo Lagoon. She first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."

Description
She is a red-pink fish who has black eyes and pale pink fins, legs, and lips. She wears a light teal skirt and a light teal bra.

She appears as one of Pearl's friends at her slumber party. She breaks out in hives from the shredded newspaper due to being allergic to newsprint.

She is the one who says "Let's get out of here!" as she covers her ears to Squidward's bad clarinet playing, and she also appears spectating outside watching Patrick fall while Mr. Krabs puts on his Krusty Krab employee hat.

She is in the crowd of angry customers after Squidward gives her and the other customers patties with car engine parts in them.

She is about to eat her Krabby Soup, but a hippie pops out and tells her "Make soup, not war." Angry that there is a hippie, she returns her soup to Squidward saying that "there were hippies in the soup."
