He is a cyan colored fish with light cyan arms and legs, reddish-purple spots, light pink lips, a dark blue dorsal fin, sharp teeth, and black eyebrows. He wears a white shirt and a red speedo with a white stripe. In his older appearances, the outline of his lips were colored black instead of their default hot pink outline. In his even older appearances, he wore no clothing. The fish eating burger has the same appearance as Harold's old design.

He only wears the red speedo that he wears in his normal design, lacking the white shirt. The red speedo that Harold regularly wears in his normal design was originated from Incidental 40Swimwear's design by simply adding the white shirt to go along with the speedo. In his older design, he wore red swimming trunks.

He is a redesign of Incidental 40Baby. He is lime green colored baby fish with pale orange fins and scarlet lips. He also has a single tooth, dark green eyes, and eyelashes. He wears a diaper as well.

Personality[]

Harold has been portrayed to have a rather aggressive behavior many times in the series.

Like most incidentals, Harold doesn't really have a consistent personality, but he has shown to have a rather aggressive behavior in a large number of his appearances, even more so than other incidentals who have commonly shown some aggressive behaviors throughout the series.

Role in series[]

Harold is one of the most commonly used incidental characters in the show. He has made many major and speaking roles throughout the series as well as minor non-speaking roles. In many episodes, he has been shown to have a rather aggressive behavior. He also has a "Baby" suffix variant that has made a few appearances throughout the series as well as a "Baby" variant known as Baby 2 who has also made a few appearances. He was firstly designed to be a Snack Bar customer that was labeled as a character that was known as "fish eating burger."

He later yells out "Yeah for the fireman!" after SpongeBob finishes his speech about helping out Squidward. He is also part of the Bikini Bottom Super Band.

He then tells Plankton that some people believe the alternate universe Mr. Krabs crawled out of the deepest depths of the ocean. He is seen as a customer at the Krusty Krab where he first claims how disgusting the Krusty Krab is after SpongeBob messes it up, he then has all of the other customers head against the wall when SpongeBob started dancing in front of them.

He is seen asking Patrick to point him in the direction of the Krusty Krab, however he accidentally points the Krusty Krab arrow sign towards the Chum Bucket which causes him to run towards the Chum Bucket instead of the Krusty Krab. He later realizes that Patrick's flopping has gotten stale when Incidental 107 points out that it has gotten pretty old. Later in the episode, SpongeBob uses his and Incidental 41's fins to cover up his eyes when he sees Patrick getting taken up to the high diving board and he blows his nose into Incidental 40's fin as well. He then claims that everyone gets to see two guys fall off the high dive for the price of one when he sees both Patrick and Squidward falling down, and he lastly demands a refund from Mr. Krabs after Incidental 41 claimed that he wanted to see them both get maimed.

He appears on the bus where SpongeBob taps his shoulder and tells him that he is going to the beach with his best friend.

When SpongeBob was on his way to the Krusty Krab, he accidentally bumps into Incidental 40 in the back of the long line who berates him to chill out and wait in line. SpongeBob then steps onto his head first to get through the line to the Krusty Krab. He later appears as the leader of the riot of customers who want Krabby Patties. He lastly appears arguing with Incidental 64 about crashing their boatmobiles into each other until the hear SpongeBob singing "Oh, Krusty Krab" and they head towards the Krusty Krab.

He is seen buying chum from Chum Caverns. He tells the cave dweller serving him that the food is horrible but the beauty of the cave makes it worth eating there.

Triton destroys his boatmobile while zapping his name onto Bikini Bottom.

His food is delivered to him by Squidward but SpongeBob then falls face down onto his table.

He is seen chewing on Incidental 41's arm after the lights go out and the stage lights come on. Incidental 41 then gives him some salt to sprinkle onto his arm and Harold continues chewing it. Later when SpongeBob tells all the customers that they shouldn't be tossing Krabby Patties, Incidental 40 says that he's right and Incidental 42 tells him that they shouldn't be doing that to their favorite food.

He is one of the police officers who were ordered to keep Rrarrg captive and later run him out of town.

He also praises to King Neptune after seeing Tony Fast Jr. successfully teaching SpongeBob how to drive.

He is seen waiting in line at the Chum Bucket, which is now serving Krabby Patties. When SpongeBob, Squidward, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Gary, and Karen cut in line he tells them that he and the other customers have been waiting in line for three days.

He attempted to be the first one to climb Mt. Bikini. After SpongeBob and Squidward make it to the top first, he angrily leaves. He was seen again getting knocked down the mountain due to an avalanche.

SpongeBob sees him inside a Jellien cocoon hanging from the ceiling in the Krusty Krab freezer and freaks out. SpongeBob later bumps into his Jellien clone while backing out of the Krusty Krab which causes him and several other Jellien clones to go after SpongeBob. SpongeBob refers him as "random guy" in this episode.

After SpongeBob graduates from the Milkshake Academy, he gets another milkshake and claims it is the best one he ever had.
