Character
Lou[1] is a fish who is commonly seen as a food vendor in many episodes. He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."
He is seen working at a hot dog stand, a balloon stand, at Ice Cream, at Barg'N-Mart, and many other places.
Description
He is a light orange fish with a light tan underside and dark blue fins, legs and dorsal fin. He wears a white, messy apron and a light blue shirt and a white hat.
