Incidental 37A is a background character usually seen hanging out at Goo Lagoon with Incidental 46. He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
He is a grayish-brown fish with black eyes and gray lips. He usually wears light green shorts with a dark green flower design, which are similar to Patrick's.
