Incidental 35[1], also known as Incidental 35Fancy, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." His incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
He is a tall light blue fish with lavender tight lips. He has yellow eyes with black pupils and wears dark teal sunglasses with yellow frames underneath his eyes. He also wears blue shorts with yellow spots and red sandals.
Incidental 35Fancy[]
He wears a black suit and pants over a white dress shirt with a red bow tie along with white shoes.
Role in series[]
Incidental 35 has made several appearances as a quiet incidental character throughout the first two seasons. He has a long absence from the series after the season 2 episode "Prehibernation Week" (not counting his storyboard appearance in "Christmas Who?") but later returns in the season 13 episode "Potato Puff." He only has one speaking role in the series so far. He was firstly designed to be a beachgoer.

At the Juice Bar, SpongeBob points to Incidental 35 and mentions that he used to be weak like him. He then asks if he was talking about him and everyone in the Juice Bar laughs.

He can be seen as one of the jellyfish fanatics on the bus constantly chanting "jellyfishing."
"Suds"[]
He is seen as one of the customers running and panicking in the Krusty Krab after Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob he doesn’t want him sneezing all over his food.
"Walking Small"[]
He immediately starts running away after SpongeBob starts waving a sandy towel at the beachgoers.
"Bossy Boots"[]
He appears as the one driving Pearl and her friends to the mall.
"Christmas Who?"[]
He is seen in the original storyboard trying to convince Squidward to come out of house and celebrate Christmas.
"Buff for Puff"[]
He is one of the people who asks Larry-shelled Mr. Krabs for an autograph in his notepad.
