Incidental 31 is a blue fish citizen of Bikini Bottom. He makes many cameo appearances throughout the series, beginning with "Ripped Pants."

Description

Incidental 31's model

He is a cyan fish with three dark blue stripes on his back, he has light blue fins, and has a unibrow. He wears red swimming trunks.

In "F.U.N.," he is gray with a light yellow shirt and overalls. He also has a cowboy hat.

In "Grandma's Kisses," his blue color is swapped for purple, but the rest of his features are all the same.

In "Band Geeks," he is green.

History

• "Ripped Pants" - he debuts a few cameos in Goo Lagoon.
• "Pickles" - he is ordering while Squidward is talking rudely to him.
• "Hall Monitor" - his name is revealed on Mrs. Puff's student list.
• "F.U.N." - he appears gray as a cowboy.
• "Imitation Krabs" - (cameo) he sits frozen in his table/chair when a penny goes in Mr. Krabs' office.
• "Wormy" - He runs shocked in downtown Bikini Bottom.
• "Patty Hype" - (cameo) he is cheering "PRETTY PATTIES!".
• "Grandma's Kisses" - He, Martha Smith, Harold, Charlie, and others are rude to SpongeBob about his grandma kissing him on the forehead.
• "Prehibernation Week" - he makes 2 cameos; he checks for SpongeBob in a sulfuric field pipe; he also shows Sandy a cereal box saying he found "SquareBob" instead of SpongeBob.
• "Band Geeks" - he appears green as a member of the audience and at Squidward's band class.
