Incidental 30[5], also known as Customer 1, Incidental 160L, Incidental 160M, Incidental 160O, Jellyspotter A, Jellyspotter C, Incidental PM14[6], Incidental 117, and the anchovy bride, is an incidental character who first appears in the pilot episode, "Help Wanted." He is classified as an inbetween-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a light blue colored anchovy that wears a beige T-shirt. He also has a visible belly button. In his older appearances, his tongue occasionally had a black outline instead of its default dark pink outline. In his debut appearance, he was colored dark blue with a light blue underside and he wore a bluish-white shirt. Customer 1 shares the same appearance as Incidental 30's old colors variant.

He is colored faded blue.

He is colored tan.
Incidental 160O[]
He is colored turquoise.
Jellyspotter A[]
He is a short anchovy with wide rounded fins and wears thick glasses and a has a lavender jellyfish on his shirt.
Jellyspotter C[]
He looks like Jellyspotter A except that he is taller than Jellyspotter A and has wide pointy fins.
Incidental PM14[]
He is a patty monster with an anchovy like head and has several jagged teeth.
Incidental 117[]
His Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years variant. He is a blue anchovy kid that wears a yellow collared shirt with a red neckerchief and army green shorts with a brown belt.
Anchovy bride[]
She is a female variant of Incidental 30. She wears a clear light blue veil with pink flowers, a white wedding dress with pink flowers on the collar and waist, and pink lipstick.
Names[]
Meep Meep is the only generic name Incidental 30 has been given in the franchise. Although it was used in "SpongeChovy" for a single Incidental 30 in a large anchovy horde with multiple Incidental 30s.
Role in series[]
Incidental 30 and Incidental 30A are the first incidental characters to appear in the series. He is a somewhat commonly used incidental character. He has not had too many speaking and notable roles throughout the series. He makes his biggest role yet in the episode "I'm Your Biggest Fanatic," as Jellyspotters A and C appearing as members of the Jellyspotters, along with three Incidental 30As. He was firstly designed to be several duplicates of himself and Incidental 30A that form the big anchovy swarm at the Krusty Krab. Incidental 117 is also portrayed as part of the many anchovy campers of Barge Cabin in Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years.

Several duplicates of him and Incidental 30A appear as a massive swarm of hungry anchovies that fill up the Krusty Krab and attack Squidward and Mr. Krabs. They all later leave satisfied when SpongeBob feeds them all several Krabby Patties.
"Pickles"[]
He appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 63 and Incidental 65 where complains that Squidward burnt his Krabby Patty and then leaves the Krusty Krab with them. He is later seen showing disgust when Bubble Bass reveals the chewed up Krabby Patty from his mouth.
"Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost"[]
Two Incidental 30s are seen carrying an organ out of a truck for Squidward’s funeral although they quickly carry the organ back in the truck shortly afterwards after being instructed by SpongeBob to leave as a request by Squidward.

He is seen receiving "free" Krabby Patties after the Krusty Krab explodes and Krabby Patties come raining down.

He is one of the characters that surround the screen near the end of the episode.

He appears as one of the beachgoers playing volleyball with Larry the Lobster until their game gets ruined due to SpongeBob bursting their ball.

He is shown to be disturbed and concerned during Squidward’s cruel prank on SpongeBob.

He is seen standing it the Reef Cinema bathroom with Incidental 31 and Incidental 41 until Patrick approaches the three of them with his rancid breath and angrily leave the restroom.

He appears in front of the Krusty Krab register where Squidward tells him to please come again when he isn't working. He is also part of the riot formed by Squidward wanting to pop Bubble Buddy.

He is seen taking a shower in a building during the town's destruction.

He is the 46,853rd customer to receive a Pretty Patty.

He can be seen staring at Patrick after he yells out "We stole a balloon!"

He is seen trying to convince Squidward to come out of his house and celebrate Christmas.

Jellyspotters A annd C appear as members of the Jellyspotters alongside Kevin C. Cucumber and three other Jellyspotters. where they constantly mock SpongeBob and act as Kevin's servants trying to get SpongeBob stung by a jellyfish. When SpongeBob save them and Kevin from the King Jellyfish, they rip Kevin's "crown" off and place it on SpongeBob claiming him as their new leader, however SpongeBob turned them down.

He appears in the brass section during Squidward's band practice where he repeat's Squidward's clarinet tune. He is also part of the Bikini Bottom Super Band.

He is seen holding a stack of money behind Incidental 6.

He looks at SpongeBob when he greets the customers with a swear.
"Artist Unknown"[]
He is one of the students that mistake Squidward's art class for their cooking class.

Fred comes between him and Incidental 7 during his song. Fred then puts jelly on his Krabby Patty.

He and Incidental 30A appear as competitors at the Fry Cook Games where they are seen losing their balance when the huge guy was arriving to the stadium.

Several Incidental 30s and Incidental 30As’ biggest role in the series yet. They appear as a horde of anchovies at the Krusty Krab where they end up having SpongeBob join them, therefore turning him into a faux-chovy. They later appear at the Krusty Krab again where they shortly have a stand off against the faux-chovies until SpongeBob befriends a single Incidental 30 which causes all the rest of the anchovies to befriend the faux-chovies. They then run out of the Krusty Krab in fear when Squidward orders a giant pizza to the Krusty Krab.

Several Incidental 117s appear as the anchovy campers of Barge Cabin where they constantly stick together as a group with several other Incidental 116s and Incidental 118s throughout the episode, with the exception of a single Incidental 116 named Chovy that says "moop" instead of "meep" like them. At the end of the episode, all of the other anchovy campers of Barge cabin become amazed by Chovy wearing a mop on his head and they each put mops on their head just like him.

- His PM variant from "Krabby Patty Creature Feature" was unused in the final episode, but still appeared in the storyboard.
- His suit wearing variant from "SpongeBob LongPants" was mistakenly labeled as "Incidental F2" which is really the "F" variant for Incidental 2.
