Incidental 214, also known as the Parasitic Worm,[1] Gary Gulper, the Blue Eel,[2] and The Eel, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Rock Bottom." She is classified as a deep sea-type incidental.

Names[]


Description[]

She is dark blue pelican eel with pale blue fins and lips and has pale pink spots.

Parasitic worm[]

She is a video game sprite that greatly resembles Incidental 214 with the only notable appearance is her more lumpy shaped body, making her resemble a worm. She was originally going to be a 3D video game model of Incidental 214 that is made of nine wide oval segments. She lacks her dorsal and tail fin.

Gary Gulper[]

She is a male eel that has black eyebrows, longer arms, and feet. He wears a gray striped suit and pants over a white dress shirt with a striped yellow necktie.

Blue eel[]

She is a pixelated sprite of Incidental 214 that is colored bright purple with pale salmon fins.

Eel[]

She is a blocky looking 3D video game model of Incidental 214's normal variant.

Role in series[]

Incidental 214 has only appeared in two episodes in the series. Like all "deep sea" type incidentals, she is a lot less common than the other incidental types due to usually being portrayed as a Rock Bottomite.

She appears as the only Rock Bottomite who came out of the left bathroom when SpongeBob and Patrick are confused of which one to use. While all the other Bottomites exiting the bathrooms came out of the right one.

"The Night Patty"[]

She appears at the Krusty Krab during the night shift.

The blue eel appears in the Game Boy Advance version.

Employee of the Month[]

She appears as a male meteorologist named Gary Gulper in the second chapter of the game at Rock Bottom.

The Yellow Avenger[]

She appears in Rock Bottom.

Sandy's Shrubbery Shakedown 2[]

She appears as an obstacle in Rock Bottom levels. She mostly stays in place, and if one of Sandy's rocks hits her, it bounces away.

Minecraft x SpongeBob DLC[]

She appears as an obstacle for the race in Rock Bottom where she tries to bite the racers.

Comic Number 6[]

She makes her exact same roles from "Rock Bottom" in the "Rock Bottom" portion of the book.

Trivia[]

  • She is one of the few incidentals that has had a gender swap variant.
  • She and Incidental 165 are the only known regular incidentals that are eels.
    • Ironically they are also both female.
  • She makes her first speaking role in Employee of the Month as Gary Gulper.
