Incidental 184 makes very few appearances in the series so far, for she is one of the incidental characters that didn't debut in the first two seasons. She makes her biggest appearance yet in her debut as one of the main antagonists alongside Incidental 164, Incidental 171, and Incidental 183. She appears to be the twin sister of Incidental 183.

She appears as one of the main antagonists alongside Incidental 164, Incidental 171, and Incidental 183, she is a member of the group of kids that steal the grill from the Krusty Krab to make it into a racing cart. She as well Incidental 183 spray paint the grill with yellow spray paint. In addition to that, they both throw marbles at Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob while the two are racing in Bikini Bottom. She and the other kids proceed to steal the Krusty Krab at the end of the episode and make it their racing kart.
