Incidental 167,[1] also known as the Nurse Orphanage, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ink Lemonade." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
She is a light pink fish with magenta fins and lips. She wears a red dress with a frill at the bottom, along with a pair of red shoes, and carries a yellow handbag. In her original storyboard design for "Ink Lemonade," she was a female crab that greatly resembled Mr. Krabs with the exceptions being her big bulging lips, her thinner eyelashes, her lack of a nose, and that she wears a dress.
Nurse Orphanage[]
She appears as a light lavender zombified nurse with dark lavender lips and fins and black eyes with red irises. She also has pimples all over her face and wears a black nun outfit and pink slippers.
Role in series[]
Incidental 167 has made a few appearances in the series so far. She is one of the incidental characters that wasn't introduced in the first two seasons. She was originally designed to be a one time character in "Ink Lemonade" as an odd crab lady but was redesigned as a pink female fish in the final episode. She later became one of the incidentals in the series.

She is first seen approaching Patrick's black lemonade stand, wondering what he is selling. After drinking some black lemonade and freaking out due to its taste, she yells through a megaphone that it is "a unique taste sensation." She then orders another cup, but Patrick runs out and goes to get more from Squidward.

She is seen helping form a pyramid when the Bikini Bottomites try to escape Q.T.-π for the first time.

She appears as Nurse Orphanage at the Evil Orphanage, where Man Ray drops Incidental 159 at her orphanage and tosses Incidental 159 into an empty crib.

Trivia[]
- In the early storyboard for "Ink Lemonade," she was a crab instead of a fish, which is why she is called "crab lady" in the closing credits[2] despite being a fish.[3]
- The fact that she acts like a crab after she tastes black lemonade references this.
- She makes her first speaking role in "Ink Lemonade."
- She is allergic to Cephalopod Spice.
