Incidental 165,[1] also known as Musician 1, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Your Shoe's Untied." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]

Evolution of Incidental 165's default design.
She is a long light brown eel with a spiky yellow fin that starts from the back of her head to the end of her tail. She has six freckles on the sides of her face along with a visible gill and short fins for arms. She also has short eyelashes on her eyes and has dark brown lips. In her debut appearance, her spiky fin was originally colored light brown.

She is colored pale green with lime green lips and eyelids. She also has longer arms that are located on her torso and her dorsal fin has a bumpy border instead of its default spiky border. She wears a black buttoned up shirt with a red bow tie.
Role in series[]
Incidental 165 makes very few appearances throughout the series. She was firstly designed to be a one time character for the season 2 episode, "Your Shoe's Untied," but became one of the incidental characters much later in the series.

Incidental 165 wiggling her tail on SpongeBob's face.
While she is eating at the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob runs up to her and asks if she can help him tie his shoes. She says she would love to help, but she cannot since she is an eel and does not wear shoes.
"Krusty Katering"[]

Musician 1 being grabbed by a rope.
Musician 1 plays the clarinet in the band that performs for the party. Squidward steals her spot in an attempt to join the band, but he only ends up chasing the other members away.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"[]
She is one of the party guests who walk past SpongeBob's parents.

Incidental 165 as one of the "lovely" customers.
She appears as one of the "lovely" customers at the Krusty Krab, as she is sloppily eating her food with Incidental 61.
"Say Awww!"[]

Incidental 165 spitting out Incidental 16 from her mouth.
While everyone attempts to escape Q.T.-π for the first time, she wraps herself around Incidental 47 and spits out Incidental 16 from her mouth while forming a pyramid. She is also part of the large pyramid the Bikini Bottomites form while they try to escape Q.T.-π where SpongeBob shortly grabs her face while climbing the pyramid.
"The Flower Plot"[]
When Squidward charges to profess his love to Petunia, Incidental 165 curls her tail up and pumps it to cheer him on. She is seen throwing a boot at Plankton once he reveals his plan.

She appears as the only customer at the Krusty Krab where she happily waves at Squidward when he arrives after the night he erases SpongeBob's memories of him.

She orders from Squidward at the Krusty Krab when it is temporarily moved to Sandy's treedome.

She is seen as one of the transformed citizens during the Dadpocalyse.
Trivia[]
- She and Incidental 214 are currently the only regular incidentals that are eels.
- In "Your Shoe's Untied," she claims that she is incapable of wearing shoes. However, in "The Flower Plot," she is seen wearing a boot on the end of her tail.
