Incidental 16[1], also known as a crowd member, Incidental 160A, Incidental 160C, Incidental 160I, and Incidental PM16[2] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a weirdo-type incidental.
Description[]
Evolution of Incidental 16's default design.
He is a dark gray black moor with lavender colored lips and fins, several dark purple spots on his body, and big white eyes with black pupils. He wears lime green shorts and also has thin black feet. In his older appearances, his fins were originally colored dark gray like his body.

It is a distant incidental with Incidental 16's color palette appearing as a short gray fish who wears light green pants.

He is seen helping form a pyramid when the Bikini Bottomites try to escape Q.T.-π for the first time where Incidental 165 spits him out from her mouth, he then makes Incidental 65 magically appear from behind his arms.

Incidental 16 trying on a cowboy hat.
He appears trying to buy a large hat from the hat store. When SpongeBob laughs him, Incidental 16 slams the hat over the salesman and storms off, but SpongeBob claims he actually liked the hat.

He appears as a judge at the pet show. He gives Rolly's egg and dragon forms both ribbons, because Patrick eliminated every other contestant with his recklessness.
