— Sandals, "Doing Time"
Character

Sandals[3][4][5][6], also known as Incidental 156[7][8] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Patty Hype." He is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.

He is an olive-green-colored fish with dark yellow-orange lips, light olive-green fins, and has dark olive-green spots on the side of his head. He wears purple shorts with white flowers and light blue sandals, hence his name. In his older appearances, his lips, dorsal fin, and tail fin all had a black outline instead of the default orange outline for the lips and the default olive green outlines for the dorsal and tail fin.

Personality[]

While Sandals is an incidental, he has been usually shown to have a consistent personality in the second and third seasons. He is shown to usually be a generally happy, positive, and somewhat meek fish. He now currently has inconsistent voices and personalities like most incidentals have.

Role in series[]

Sandals is a somewhat commonly used incidental character. Much like Scooter, he used to usually have a consistent voice and personality in season 2 and 3, much like a minor character but he was still mainly identified as an incidental character. In season 4 and onwards, he now has an inconsistent voice and personality like most incidentals have, although he did temporarily regain his original personality and voice in the second movie.
