Billy is a kid fish, who appears in many episodes usually making cameo roles, starting with "Patty Hype."

Description

He is a blue kid fish who wears purple pants and a red propeller hat with a yellow propeller. In "Krusty Katering," different colored models of him are seen, as there is a purple, aqua, and yellow version of his character.

Role in series

He is most notably seen in "Shanghaied," where he is subject to being "scared" by SpongeBob and Patrick.

In "Giant Squidward," he tells the town that Giant Squidward may be a nice giant like in his storybook.

In "Keep Bikini Bottom Beautiful," his wagon is stolen by Squidward, but ends up getting beaten by his mother.

In "The Wreck of the Mauna Loa," Mr. Krabs makes the height restriction to the Mauna Loa Amusement Park ride lower so he can ride. However, after the ride ends up getting destroyed, his parents complain about the ride being too dangerous for the kid.
