Incidental 142, also known as one of the kid fish at park (along with Incidentals 143 and 144, and the kid fish at park), is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." She is likely classified as a kid-type incidental.
Description[]
She is an olive green girl with darker olive green fins and lips who wears a purple skirt. The kid fish at park has the same appearance as Incidental 142.

Incidental 142 has made a few appearances throughout the series. After her appearance in "Prehibernation Week," she is absent from the series until she returns in the season 5 episodes "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob" and "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?" After that, she has another absence until her comeback in the season 10 episode "Lost and Found." She then has yet another absence for a few years until her appearance in the season 12 episode "The Goofy Newbie." She was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival who is known as one of the "kid fish at park."
