Incidental 127 is an incidental character who appears in the episodes "Sleepy Time" and "Don't Make Me Laugh," and the book Comic Number 5. He is classified as a 17th century fish-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a dark olive green fish with olive green lips and blue eyes who wears a dark gray powdered wig, a dark blue jacket with a red collar and cuffs, a light blue vest, and black pants and shoes.
Names[]
Nathaniel is the only name Incidental 127 has been given in the franchise, although it was used for him in "Don't Make Me Laugh" while portraying a movie character.
Role in series[]
Incidental 127 has appeared in only two episodes so far, as well as a book based on one of episodes that he appears in. He has been absent from the series for over 20 years ever since his debut in "Sleepy Time" but later made a comeback in the season 14 episode "Don’t Make Me Laugh." He was firstly designed to be one of the many fancy fish watching Squidward's performance in his dream.

He is one of the fancy fish watching Squidward's performance in his dream. When Squidward plays SpongeBob like a clarinet, he starts crying with Incidental 125 to his "touching" music and fears that his tears may stain his petticoat.
"Don't Make Me Laugh"[]
He is one of the two stars of Prudence in Love, where he and Incidental 124 talk back and forth about how much they love each other. When SpongeBob laughs, Incidental 127 gets angry and tells him to leave. He and Incidental 124 then cheer along with the movie patrons when the usher kicks SpongeBob out of the theater.
