Incidental 119 is a janitor[1] who is a common background character in the series. His character model is first used in "SB-129," where he is seen as a chrome spray painter in the future. He later appears in the present day in "Big Pink Loser" and continues to make sporadic appearances.

He is an olive-green fish with dark purple lips and light purple dorsal fins. He wears faded-blue overalls, an orange shirt, and a small orange hat.
