Incidental 118A, also known as cop mustache, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Professor Squidward." He is an alternate model of Incidental 118 and he is classified as a secondary character-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a dark orange jellybean-shaped fish with a dark gray mustache. He wears a standard Bikini Bottom police uniform that consists of a white shirt with a large star-shaped badge on it, dark blue pants with a red stripe, a blue police cap, and black shoes. He also regularly carries a police baton, although he has been shown to lack it in many of his few appearances.
Role in series[]
Incidental 118A has made a few appearances throughout the series. He is one of the incidentals that didn’t debut in the first two seasons. He appears to make more major roles than minor ones where he has always been portrayed as a police officer. He was firstly designed to be a minor character that was known as "cop mustache" whose design was based off of Incidental 118's. He later became one of the incidental characters, being labeled as an alternate model of Incidental 118.

He is one of the officers that arrests Squidward for impersonating Squilliam Fancyson.
"Cave Dwelling Sponge"[]
He appears at the entrance of the City Hall when Spongy Spongy is found on top of the roof and is later seen dancing with the other police officers.

Duplicates of him appear as part of the police force that surrounds Patrick's rock.
"Call the Cops"[]
He congratulates SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs for bringing Incidental 173 to the Bikini Bottom Jail. He later arrests SpongeBob, Krabs, Plankton, and Incidental 173 at the end of the episode as well as holding on to the Krabby Patty secret formula until next morning.

He opens the door to his police van to have the prisoners go into the Krusty Krab as their new prison.

He appears as one of the officers who arrest the Dirty Bubble at the beginning of the episode.

A frightened Squidward hallucinates him with SpongeBob's face.
