Frankie Billy is a kid fish who made his first appearance in the episode, "Culture Shock."

Description

Frankie is an olive green fish with light brown fins and brown lips and wears blue pants and a black and silver belt. He looks similar to Fred, and a younger version of him. But, just like Fred, he said "My leg!" in the episode, "Larry's Gym."

History

Life of Crime

He had a brief cameo when SpongeBob and Patrick were jumping around. He then thought that they were street performers.

Larry's Gym

When he was driving by the Krusty Krab, the grill fell on his boat then exploded. Like Fred, he yelled my leg, but after said he was okay. The grill then fell again on him and he said that he was slightly less okay.

Frozen Face-Off

It is revealed that he was part of Krabs Navy crew and gotten eating by the Abominable Snow Mollusk like the others
