The squiggly underside fish is a background character who appears in a few episodes, starting with "Valentine's Day."
Description
He is a tall skinny dark orange fish with a lighter orange underside with a squiggly border and lavender lips. He wears a small baby blue tank top that looks similar to Incidental 42's. He also wears indigo shorts and has a visible belly button.

He is seen cornered at the end of the pier with SpongeBob and some other fish at the Valentine's Day Carnival during Patrick's tantrum.
"Neptune's Spatula"
He is seen at the Fry Cook Museum while King Neptune is looking for the one who pulled the golden spatula from the grease.
"The Inmates of Summer"
He is seen waiting at the dock along with some other campers for the Sun-N-Fun Island boat to arrive.
