Ice Cream King's secretary is a character who appears in the episode "The Nitwitting."
Description
He is a short light green fish with grrenish yellow lips. He also wears glasses, a blue shirt with light blue stipes , and a small red propeller hat that all Empty Head Society members wear.
Role in Episode
He was instructed by the Ice Cream King to read the minutes for today's meeting, but was really reading on the back of a upside down Kelpo box. The Ice Cream King then randomly yells "Hike" and kicks him off the stage.
