The Hot Dog Vendor is a character featured in the PC game Lights, Camera, Pants!.
Looks
He has a hat with a weenie on top, a uniform and he is a green fish with a bad expression on his face, but gets happier.
Appearance
SpongeBob asked him to be in the show, and he said okay if could wear his hat and sell weenies on set.
