— Hoopla Fish, "Krusty Krab Training Video"

The Hoopla Fish is a fish who appears in the episodes "Krusty Krab Training Video" and "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."

The hoopla fish is a very small, light green fish who wears a light purple shirt and indigo footsies and has dark green fins. He has straight white teeth and can open his mouth to a large diameter. His only spoken line is "Hoopla!"

The hoopla fish first appears in "Krusty Krab Training Video," where he continually interrupts the narrator of the "Krusty Krab Training Video" every time he is going to say "Sounds like a lot of hoopla to make over a little Krabby Patty, right?" After the hoopla fish shouts and cuts off the narrator far too many times, he gets hit with a brick.

He later reappears in "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout" as one of the many guests at SpongeBob's surprise party, marking his first appearance in 17 years.
