Hoopla[1] is a fish who first appears in the episode "Krusty Krab Training Video."
Description[]
He is a very small, light green fish who wears a light purple shirt and indigo footsies and has dark green fins. He has straight white teeth and can open his mouth to a large diameter. His only spoken line is "Hoopla!"
In his first appearance, his eye color was yellow, but in his second appearance, his eye color changes to white.
