Hogan Düp is a brand of ice cream that appears in the episode "Goodbye, Krabby Patty?"
Description[]
The ice cream is chocolate-flavored and is packaged in a dark red circular container with a brown lid and bottom containing a pattern of blue diamonds. The container depicts a rich light violet male fish with a mustache in a light yellow circle, licking the ice cream from a spoon, a glass cup of the ice cream on the right side, the product's name written in yellow lettering and cursive font, and a light red background above the product's name.
Role in episode[]
SpongeBob and Patrick are looking for ice cream in the freezer section at Barg'N-Mart. Upon opening a freezer, SpongeBob suggests that they buy ice cream in the form of Hogan Düp. However, Patrick opposes on grounds that it is "too fancy," then proceeding to throw its tub in favor of Rocky Road.
Later in the episode, when SpongeBob is at Patrick's new house, the tub of ice cream he brings begins to melt, so he asks Patrick where the kitchen is. He does not know, but Limia tells him where it is. Patrick offers to go with him, but Limia tells him he has to have his photograph taken. SpongeBob, sulking due to his best friend not going with him, goes to the kitchen and opens the freezer, revealing it to be filled with many tubs of Hogan Düp.
