The Health Inspector is a character who appears in the SpongeBob SquarePants comic "Krabby Gary."
Description
He is a dark green fish with a light green dorsal fin and light green eyelids and is balding. He wears a white shirt, a dark blue tie with light blue polka dots, blue pants, and black glasses.
History
After SpongeBob introduces Mr. Krabs to Garibaldi, Krabs wants to talk to Garibaldi, but is interrupted by Squidward, who tells them that the health inspector is there. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob to come with him.
In the dining area, Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob greet the health inspector. He tells the two that they will start with the bathroom. The health inspector is impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, noting that there are only a few crumbs. Mr. Krabs commands SpongeBob to clean the bathroom and the latter follows his command. While leaving the bathroom, Mr. Krabs says that there must be things that they see worse than crumbs.
The health inspector tells him that he wouldn't believe some of the things that he has seen in some restaurants. As the health inspector pokes Squidward, he states that in one place, he found a pet in the kitchen, which is against the rules. Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob laugh at this. The healh inspector says that he is getting hungry and Mr. Krabs says that they can make him a Krabby Patty. SpongeBob offers to do so, but Mr. Krabs says that he needs to continue to clean the bathroom while Garibaldi makes the patty.
The health inspector waits a long time, even getting some knitting done. Soon, he becomes impatient and asks if there is something wrong with the fry cook. Mr. Krabs says that he is going to check on him. However, SpongeBob stops them and is about to reveal that he brought Gary to work, but is interrupted by the Krabby Patty being done. The health inspector eats it and says it is the best sandwich he has ever eaten.
