He looks almost identical to Squidward, with the only difference being that he wears a dark green shirt and a red hat with a lime green rectangle on it.

He appears to not be very happy with his job.
Role in episode[]
He appears when Squidward is depressed about living in Tentacle Acres. Squidward hears the groundskeeper's reef blower and thinks it is SpongeBob. The groundskeeper leaves a note on the reef blower stating that he is "back whenever," and Squidward takes the opportunity to play with the machine.
