Description
The blue pirate is a light blue pirate. He wears orange tape-like and brown-yellow stripe pants. He also wears brown pirate shoes and has orange bandana with white circles on head. He also appears to wear golden earring.

He is seen in the background while Squidward is buying bomb pie.
"All That Glitters"
He is seen in one of SpongeBob's flashbacks about his spatula. SpongeBob fights him and ends up throwing him off the cliff.
