The green officer is a police officer who appears in the episodes "Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy" and “The Hot Shot.”
Description
He is a lime green fish with a lighter green dorsal fin and darker green fins. He wears a police uniform, with a white shirt and blue tight pants. He has a yellow star on his shirt and carries a baton. He also wears a blue police hat.
History
The officer is seen side-by-side with Officer Johnson in "Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy," meaning that they could be partners. In said episode, he is with Officer John making fun of Sandy when she's naked in public, calling her a hairless goat.
In "The Hot Shot," he appears again with Officer John, who find out about Tony Fast Jr. and SpongeBob going to fast, making them chase after the two.
