The green kid fish is a child fish that first appears in the episode "Picture Day."
Description
He is a light olive green fish child with three spots on his nose, gray eyebrows, and a bit of a gut with a belly button. He wears a white shirt with blue pants, and has black shoes with white details. In his apperences after "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob," his shirt is blue, and his pants are orange.

He appears in the children mob chasing SpongeBob as they throw balloons filled with ketchup at him.
