Grandpa Cheeks is the grandfather of Sandy, Randy, and Earl Cheeks. He is father to Pa Cheeks. At some point, he went into space and invented a surfing move called "The Tour to Saturn." Later, he taught his granddaughter Sandy how to do the move.
