Grandpa Cheeks is Sandy, Randy, and Earl Cheeks' grandfather.
Biography
He was born in Texas. He has one sister, Rosie Cheeks.
He married a female that would be known as "Grandma Cheeks". The two had at least three children, one of which would be known as, "Pa Cheeks".
At some point, he went into space and invented a surfing move called, "The Tour to Saturn".
At some point, he taught his granddaughter, "Sandy" to do the move.
History
Sandy mentions him when she performs the move he invented.
