Globulous Maximus, later known as SpongeGlob, is a humongous living booger leading the Morphoid invasion and the main antagonist in the video game, SpongeBob SquarePants featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom.
Description[]
He appears to be a large piece of dried nasal mucus with several eyes surrounding him on his face. he has purple lips and blue eyelids. Under SpongeGlob's form, he takes the shape of SpongeBob, except he has one eye with antennae-like eyelash and is a darker color.
Role in game[]
He is created at the beginning of time, during the "Big Sneeze." At the beginning of the game, Globulous sends out his Morphoid minions to destroy different worlds. But they are stopped by SpongeBob, Danny Phantom, Jimmy Neutron, Tak, and Zim as they team-up with their respective villains. Every time Morphoid goo falls on SpongeBob after a boss battle, Globulous uses him as a puppet to communicate with the heroes and the Evil Syndicate. Soon afterwards, they are able to build the Vessel of Portentia and blast into space, where they confront, fight, and defeat Globulous.
After that, the Evil Syndicate decides to try to use Globulous for evil and betray the heroes, ejecting them from the Vessel while they fly away to the Moon to come up with a plan, stranding them with Globulous. Globulous then opens up to the heroes, not wanting to be used for the Evil Syndicate's evil. The heroes ask why the giant glob was trying to destroy Earth to which Globulous responds by telling them his story and how he hated his gross appearance, leading him to take his anger out on other by destroying their worlds. The heroes feel sorry for him, and SpongeBob tells him to embrace his gooiness. The heroes then start to feed him Krabby Patties, restoring Globulous' moral.
After that, the heroes attempt to figure out how to stop the Evil Syndicate which leads Globulous to morph himself into a giant, orange, and one-eyed version of SpongeBob. He then uses this form to bring the heroes to the Moon and help them defeat the Evil Syndicate. After leaving the villains stranded in space, Globulous brings the heroes back to Volcano Island, and dubs himself "SpongeGlob." He then leaves, vowing to right all the wrongs he has caused.
