He is a very large and muscular purple fish who works as a bell hop at a hotel. He wears a green and yellow outfit with a small green hat, white gloves, and black shoes. He has black hair and lavender lips. He also has a small vein on his neck
He looks similar to the garbage man from the episode "Sentimental Sponge."

He appears in the episode once SpongeBob gives him a prank quarter that gets stuck between his buttocks.
