They are colored blobs with arms and legs and faces on them.

Sandy fights them in her musical number to get to the Aggressive Case of the Sniffles while playing Mission Start: The Germ Warrior.

- They resemble the germs from the Nintendo video game Dr. Mario.
- In addition, one of them resembles the spiny enemy from the Mario video games.
- SpongeBot SteelPants' laugh can be heard when the germs are chasing SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward. This audio is recycled from the SpongeBob SquarePants video games Battle for Bikini Bottom and Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated.
