He is an olive green and light green fish with light green fins. He has light red lips and light blue and black pupils. He wears a brown with a darker brown stripe cowboy hat, dark lavender sweater, dark blue pants, and dark brown shoes.
Role in episode
In "Moving Bubble Bass," he appears coming home to his house with groceries when he reveals to SpongeBob and Patrick that the house they put all of the furniture in was not Bubble Bass's grandmother's house, and says the house they put all the furniture in was his house. He then blows up, due to anger.
