Character

Frankie[3] Billy[4] Steve[5] is a fish who makes several cameo appearances throughout the series, starting with the episode "Culture Shock."

Description

He is a light olive fish with slighty light brown fins and lips. He wears blue pants and a black belt with a silver belt buckle.

He looks similar to Fred, and just like him, he says "My leg!" in the episode "Larry's Gym."

Family

Frankie Billy is married to Nazz-Mimi as revealed in "The Wreck of the Mauna Loa." He is most likely the father of Nazz's baby and they could also be the parents of Taylor Fishbowl as shown in "The Wreck of the Mauna Loa." Nazz's older sisters, Patty Rechid and Norma Rechid, are his sisters-in-law. He is also Baby Rechid's uncle and Fred's brother-in-law.

Role in series

"Life of Crime"

He has a brief cameo when SpongeBob and Patrick are jumping around; he then mistakes them for street performers.

"Frozen Face-Off"

It is revealed that he was part of Krabs' Navy crew and got eaten by the abominable snow mollusk like the others.

"Larry's Gym"

When he is driving by the Krusty Krab, the grill falls on his boat and explodes. Like Fred, he yells "My leg!" but he says he is okay. The grill then falls on him again and he says that he is slightly less okay.

"Snail Mail"

He appears as a scythe salesman when SpongeBob is about to fly in the air show. Sandy gets mad and tells him to leave.
