Online game

Foto Flip Flop is a SpongeBob SquarePants online game.

The game was released on Friday, September 10, 2010.[1][2][3]

Gameplay[]

There are 2 pictures of SpongeBob and Patrick wearing novelty teeth, but there are some differences between the 2 pictures. The instructions tell the player to find 5 differences under a time limit of only 30 seconds. Once the game starts, the player has to click on any differences they notice between the 2 pictures and do so before they run out of time. The clock of time is displayed on top of the gameplay screen which shows the timer counting down. If they click they click on a correct part of the screen, a ding sound can be heard and circle marks will appear that indicate the differences on those specific parts of the pictures. If they click they click on a wrong part of the screen, nothing happens. Once there are only 6 seconds left, the game abruptly ends with a screaming Fred Figglehorn and then an advertisement for Fred: The Movie appears on the game over screen. The game turns out to be a cruel prank as the instructions tell the player to find 5 differences when there are actually only 4 differences and the timer only goes down to 6 seconds instead of 0. The timer always ends at 6 seconds regardless on how many differences the player spotted during the gameplay. Also, there is a part of the title screen that says, "Turn up your volume now!," even though there is a loud screaming Fred Figglehorn at the end which can be harmful to the ears. The game over screen even says, "Gotcha. Now, get your friends."

    • The old Twitter logo is used.
    • The Nick.com/Fred link no longer works.
    • The RSVP to the premiere of Fred: The Movie is no longer relevant as it has already happened.
    • Additionally, the game over screen only promotes Fred Figglehorn in his first feature length movie that is appropriately called Fred: The Movie.
