The sea monkeys are characters that are first mentioned in the short "Plankton's Plan" and first appear physically in the episode "Not Normal." They reside in the Bikini Bottom Zoo, but are sometimes pets.
Description[]
The pink sea monkey's model sheet.
They come in different colors like light brown, light blue, light orange, light green, red, pink, or purple. They have fins on the sides of their faces and have long, sharp fangs.

"Not Normal"[]
Two sea monkeys make a cameo at the Bikini Bottom Zoo.
"Plankton's Pet"[]
Along with a guard worm and a sea urchin, it chases Spot and SpongeBob at the animal shelter. It laughs at Spot, but then Spot grows to an enormous size and scares it, the guard worm, and the sea urchin away back to their cages.
"The String"[]
After Bubble Bass teases the sea monkeys with a Krabby Patty, SpongeBob comes passing by and frees the monkeys from the cage using a string. Out of frustration, the sea monkeys attack Bubble Bass.
"King Plankton"[]
A smaller species of them called sea chimps make a major appearance in this episode.
"Who R Zoo?"[]
They appear as one of the animals at the zoo who later break out to attack the bubble zoo animals.
