This page is a list of fast food promotions featuring SpongeBob SquarePants. It is ordered alphabetically by restaurant.

Campero[]

From July to August 2020, Campero (known as Pollo Campero in Spanish-speaking territories) sold a set of finger puppet figures to promote The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. The characters were SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Mrs. Puff, Gary, and Plankton. The figures use the characters' younger designs from the Camp Coral flashback segments.

Hungry Jack's and Burger King[]

Hungry Jack's and Burger King (both part of the same company) sold many fast food premiums for the show from 2001 to 2011. In 2001, Nickelodeon signed a marketing deal with Burger King, expanding its merchandising.[1] Their first promotion in 2001 featured seven figures: SpongeBob at the Krusty Krab grill, SpongeBob on a coral ladder, SpongeBob with his reef blower, Patrick in a raft, Squidward in his bathtub with a jellyfish, Sandy on a jellyfish, and a wind-up Gary.

In 2003, Burger King released a second line of toys. There were eight to collect: SpongeBob in Jellyfish Fields, swinging Patrick, "gravity-defying" Gary, Squidward playing his clarinet, karate-chopping Sandy, a shaking SpongeBob, a SpongeBob water squirter, and a Plankton bubble game. Each came with a clam-shaped "Who Am I?" card with options of Mrs. Puff, Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob, Gary, Patrick, and Squidward.

In 2004, Burger King sold toys and watches based on The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. Two animated shorts were made for the toys and watches: "Pants-Casso" and "Watch Me."

In 2006, Burger King sold a line of SpongeBob figures to promote "Dunces and Dragons." Each toy featured SpongeBob dressed in an outfit based on a specific region or time period. An animated short titled "Around the World" was made as a commercial for the toys.

Burger King later released lines of toys based on the specials: "Friend or Foe," "Atlantis SquarePantis," "Pest of the West," "SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One," "Truth or Square," "SpongeBob's Last Stand," Legends of Bikini Bottom, and SpongeBob's Runaway Roadtrip.

In 2018, a set of toys based on SpongeBob Gold was released exclusively in Europe and Latin America. They featured six stylized character designs in many different variants. Pearl and Plankton were not made as toys, but they were featured on the cardboard Burger King crowns, as well as on the bags of the toys.

Hungry Jack's, the Australian franchise of Burger King, has also sold unique toys. The first set was four figures released in 2009 to celebrate the show's 10th anniversary: Swimming SpongeBob, Floating Patrick, Swimming Sandy, and Floating Squidward. Later, in 2012, Hungry Jack's sold a set of four surfboard figures: two SpongeBob designs, Patrick, and Squidward.

Jollibee[]

Jollibee has held several SpongeBob promotions. A promotion in 2006 was called "SpongeBob Freezer Fellas" and features 4 frozen treat making toys: a Patrick Star Juicer, a Mr. Krabs Shaker, a Sandy Cheeks Ice Cream Chiller, and a SpongeBob Pops. Before the commercial ends, a shot of Dreamworld Theme Park and a Spongebob mascot was shown, as part of the contest. As of 2019, a Filipino YouTuber had found the commercial via DVD archives.

Another one in 2013 was called "SpongeBob Adventure Kit" and featured three toys: a SpongeBob journal, a Patrick night light, and a Squidward wobble-head keychain.

In 2015, Jollibee sold three "Aqua Heroes" toys to promote The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water: SpongeBob as Invincibubble, Patrick as Mr. Superawesomeness, and Mr. Krabs as Sir Pinch-a-Lot.

The second American promotion was a set of six straw toppers based on The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. A CGI-animated short was made to promote the toys. The toys make sounds from the movie when you put a straw through them.
