Fentin Finkle is a character who first appears in The Patrick Star Show episode "Squidina's Little Helper."
Description[]
He is a small red kid crab who wears green overalls with yellow buttons and white sleeves and gray shoes. His age is not given, but he is stated to be younger than Squidina, who is 8.
Role in series[]
"Squidina's Little Helper"[]
When Squidina is overworked, she takes applications for an intern. fentin is the last one to apply, and Squidina hires him because he is younger and shorter than him. Fentin helps her with Patrick's morning routine, operates some of the machines backstage, and puts on a puppet show.
The next morning, it turns out Fentin stole all of the Star family's belongings to use them for his own show. The Stars siege his house and destroy everything, but he points out he already has a network contract for six seasons, and they have sabotaged their own equipment. The episode ends with The Crabina Show! on as the family watches in amusement, except Squidina, who is still frustrated.
"Mid-Season Finale"[]
Fentin and his sister briefly appear bringing Bunny Star onto the stage.
"The Patrick Show Cashes In"[]
Fentin is one of the phone operators for Squidina's shopping network.
"Best Served Cold"[]
At the Chum Bucket, Fentin is seen complaining about Squidina's successful TV show. He joins the ice cream man and some of the Stars' other enemies to get revenge. He writes a bad review of the show to "devastate Squidina emotionally" and sets it in front of her in secret. However, since Fentin is too young to write, Squidina looks at the letter he scribbled out and happily assumes it to be from a fan.
Fentin and the others later get crushed while trying to escape Patrick, and at the end of the episode, he points out they would have been more successful if they worked together rather than getting revenge independently.
