Description
He is a teal fish that wears green clothing with a yellow undershirt. He wears a small hat that has a purple feather on it. He has pink lips and two teeth. He has orange colored hair, and freckles on his face.
History
He is one of the children that Mr. Krabs was spying on. He was seen biting into an orange lollipop.
Trivia
- His clothes (especially his hat) look similar to Peter Pan from Disney. He may also be inspired by Uter from The Simpsons.
