Eugene, also known as Incidental F17[1], is an "F" incidental who first appears in the episode "Culture Shock."
Description[]
He is a light teal fish with a tealish-green dorsal fin. He wears a blue suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow tie with matching blue pants that appear to be conjoined to the suit.

He also has an alternate design that debuted in "Grooming Gary" where he wears a black suit with long sleeves and a purple bow tie.
Names[]
The geeky Incidental F17.
Eugene is the only generic name Incidental F17 has been given in the franchise. It was used for a geeky looking Incidental F17 in Employee of the Month.
Role in series[]
Eugene has made a few appearances throughout the series like most "F" incidentals. Though he has made a decent number of notable and speaking roles in the series. He is usually seen at fancy establishments.

"Culture Shock"[]

When Squidward is dancing at the Krusty Krab, during the Krusty Krab talent show, he shows a disturbed face while Incidental F4 yells out "What the?!" The two fancy fish then start tossing tomatoes from the salad bar at Squidward.
"Grooming Gary"[]

When he puts sunglasses on Muffsies the Snail's eyes, she shakes them off because she does not like them. Then, he puts on a smaller pair. When Gary rants about how snails do not want to be treated like dress-up dolls, Muffsies puts the smaller pair of glasses on him as payback.
"Chum Fricassee"[]

When Squidward is working for Le Chum Bucket, Squidward's grandmother shows up and tells Squidward that he is not preparing the Fricassee right. She explains that if it is not properly cooked, it can cause stomach problems. He is one of the several customers who got angry at Squidward.
"Upturn Girls"[]
He appears at Upturn's as a disguise for two security fish that go after Pearl and Narlene.
"UpWard"[]
Eugene's head exploded.
He watches Squidward's performance at The Famed Bikini Bottom Opera House. His head explodes from Squidward's playing, and the sound of Patrick playing his mayonnaise makes him regrow his head.
