The policy section on this page, specifically regarding emergency user rights reviews, seems to have been duplicated multiple times, and is partially contradictory regarding who can make the reviews. Please could the duplicated text be removed such that it reflects the policy introduced as a result of the passing of ESB:Proposals/Bring back user rights reviews_2/voting?
