Introduction

Hi all.

As you are aware, this wiki has been entwined in drama with very little being done about it. There's been edit wars, underaged users and just general bickering which has resulted in further blocks or bans.

Unfortunately, this has affected the behaviour of Chat Moderators with Chat Moderator rights also being handed out like sweets. There are too many mods with some mods not using the rights correctly or not using them at all.

Proposal

I feel it is therefore appropriate we start a clean slate with the chat mod group. Yes, unfortunately, I feel it necessary to discuss who should keep the rights and who shouldn't. This decision may seem radical, but it's to ensure the best users are selected for the job.

So, please vote to see if the current mods should keep theirrights. Please add more users below the current ones if you feel they deserve them.

Under the "Discussion" heading, we will discuss whether the user is fit for the position. When writing your decision please add a reason why you want someone demoted or why they should keep their rights. I will point out that Bureaucrats will make the final decision as to who will gain the rights. This is to avoid "friend" voting. We will take the community discussion very largely into account however.

I would also like to ask to keep this discussion civil and don't be insulting. If you have criticism, make it constructive. I ask the current mods not to try and persuade users to positively vote for them - that will result in a stern warning or some other form of appropriate action (possible demotion). The selected mods will be demoted once the discussion has ended.
