The following is an ongoing proposal. Please feel free to voice your opinion, but be sure to follow the rules.

How proposals work
    Concerns stage
  1. Someone brings up a topic for a proposal.
  2. The community discusses that topic.
  3. Voting stage
  4. The proposal is brought to a vote, taking into account any changes discussed by the community.
  5. The community votes.

You can use any of the following prior to your comments to show your opinion.

{{Support}} • {{Neutral}} • {{Oppose}} • {{Change}} • {{Comment}} • {{Reply}} • {{Question}}
Neutral votes do not count in determining the outcome percentage.

Introduction

This is Administration Reviews, which occurs every three months to determine whether or not promoted users should remain in their position. This may seem radical, but it is to ensure that only qualified members keep their rights.

Under the "Discussion" heading, we will discuss whether the user is fit for their position(s). When voting, you are encouraged to add a reason why you want someone demoted or why they should keep their rights. If a user has a majority of all participants and participating administrators (more than 50%) supporting the removal of their position (neutrals excluded), they may be subject to demotion. Bureaucrats will determine the final verdict, but the community discussion will be taken very largely into account. This is to avoid "friend" and "grudge" voting.

Please keep this discussion civil and don't be insulting. If you have criticism, make it constructive. If you are one of the users being reviewed, please do not force others to support you. Calmly responding to a user's concern is fine, but aggressive behavior will be taken into account by the bureaucrats when reviewing the results.

Voting key:

  • {{Keep}} - if you believe the user should keep their rights.
  • {{Neutral}} - if you are neutral to the user keeping their rights.
  • {{Suspend}} - if you believe the user should be suspended. Be sure to state your proposed length.
  • {{Remove}} - if you believe the user should lose their rights.

Obviously, you may not support yourself.

This discussion will end on Wednesday, November 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., GMT. --Spongebob456 talk 10:02, November 10, 2017 (UTC)

  • Comment new Comment - If any of you have any problems with wanting to remove me, don't. I am perfectly fine with it, even if it does lead to my demotion. Just vote what you think. There are perfect reasons why you might want me demoted. While I have been on a wikibreak, the time has been quite long and I admit I may have overtaken what I needed especially since most of my exams were quite easy IMO. :) Jack'sAvatarThe Ninja5 Empire (Message Wall) 05:50, November 11, 2017 (UTC)

  • Comment new Comment - I'm really sorry if you saw some bad behavior from me, I just thought that SpongeBot was arguing with Terraria, and I thought wrong, my mistake. But, in my honesty, we shouldn't give so much emphasis on this. Not saying that you have to change the vote, just my opinion. Tilde GreekFlagWaving150Nickmick (MCEB) X5GlDuq
  • Comment new Comment - Reply to Dan: Assistant is an editing role. Of course its wrong to feed the trolls but this user has worked hard! Probably a suspension would work but I mainly feel he should remain as assistant. Golfpecks2 (Contact • Contrib) 13:14, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - It is an editing role, but that is not an excuse for feeding trolls and being rude to other users. Now, here's a hypothetical. An assistant makes amazing edits, perhaps the best this wiki has ever seen, but they spam caps, punctuation points, harass other users, feed the trolls, and even troll themselves. By that logic, that user would stay an assistant, because "their edits are incredible" and "that doesn't matter, it's an editing role. Keep in mind that I am not saying Nick does any of this. Not at all. This was just a hypothetical. A far-stretched one, indeed, but still under the same logic.  DanzxvFan8275 (MCUE)DanPic  13:20, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - I know, the rest is hypothetical, but I wouldn't call the term "rude," for my behavior to other users. If you see my messages, I have been behaving fine with others, but there has to be an exception, and this time with SpongeBot, after falsely accusing him of being rude. • Comment new Comment - For those of you who are concerned on SBVSTLH's behavior, she apologized on discord and she is deeply sorry. She promises to never make these mistakes again and promises to be a good user! I think you should all reconsider your votes as she is a great user and a phenomenal editor, great social user and just a good user in general! Well done, Loud! 😃👍 Golfpecks2 (Contact • Contrib) 15:13, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - Sorry, but my vote isn't going to change. The admin reviews already started. A user needs much more than 15 minutes to redeem themselves.  Chuck123456 (MCE) Average gradeaundera viewer 15:53, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - Lets just think about it. She already demoted herself off chat mod and she did have some behavior issues in terms of chat but, on the editing side, she can be very helpful and her contributions can be fabulous. Assistant is an editing role and her behavior hasn't been to excessive or bad. She just needs some time to think about it but perhaps she should still remain as an assistant. • Comment new Comment - I don't understand why some are voting to remove some who are very actove and follow the rules, but keep Auron, who I have maybe seen once or twice in the past months on a forum board, and I rarely see active in the first place. Nookdawg (talk) 16:08, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - I heavily agree with Nook here.  LuigiTheMurderer (MCE) WeegeeMario 16:13, November 10, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - Being active has nothing to do with having rights. You don't need to be a mod to be active and you don't have to be active on the forums to be a moderator. If Auron still deals with threads and comments a lot he has no need to post a lot. Posting messages has nothing to do with having the rights. The rights are there for removing comments and threads when required, not playing forum games. The most expensive boss, Alex.sapre (talk) 14:56, November 11, 2017 (UTC)

  • Remove Strong Remove - Has had many reports about misusage of powers previously and shows very poor judgement as a moderator. Has highlighted many useless threads and has had a call for demotion once in the skype chatrooms. Being active is something anyone can do. It doesn't deal with the issues on the wiki. A moderator's job is to deal with issues in comments and threads, not to play forums games all the time. Tyler doesn't really do that much. He can still be active on the forums without the rights. • Comment new Comment - Read my reasons for supporting Auron and removing him. You don't need to be a mod to play forum games or be active on them. Posting a lot doesn't have to do with any power a discussions mod has. The most expensive boss, Alex.sapre (talk) 21:33, November 10, 2017 (UTC)

  • Comment new Comment - He literally became chat mod a few days ago. Maybe give him a week and he should be on and monitoring eventually. Golfpecks2 (Contact • Contrib) 12:19, November 11, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - That is incorrect. He was promoted on October 24, over two weeks ago, and that is far from a few days ago. I haven't really seen him kicking/warning/banning that much. The most expensive boss, Alex.sapre (talk) 14:50, November 11, 2017 (UTC)
  • Comment new Comment - I respect your opinion, but I believe that if a user is not on, then you should not fault them for not being on, or being on while someone else has it covered.  NatRox (MCE) SB Gif
    • Comment new Comment - Please don't get mad at me for voicing my opinion (saw your first comment). My point is that if other chat moderators always get every rule violations, the rest have no point to be chat mods. If you don't need powers, you shouldn't have them. If a chat moderator, no matter how active or nice they are, simply doesn't need to deal with anything because of no issues, then their rights are useless.
