Plankton's Old Chum (food)

Ok, why did this get deleted? Old chum is a plot device of the episode "Plankton's Old Chum" and plot devices should have pages. On Old chum's request for deletion it was stated that it is just chum gone old, and that was why people voted Remove. True, but Foggy Patty is a page, even though it is just a Krabby Patty gone old. It is also a plot device, just like Old chum, and in fact Old chum is even more of a plot device in the episode "Plankton's Old Chum" than the Foggy Patty is in "Born Again Krabs!"
