a. Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position?
Mainly because there aren't many very active ones and I have had only one warning ever.

b. Have you had experience with this position before?
Sort of, on a wiki I created (with only two other users) I have been watching over discussions to make sure no one is violating the rules.

c. What are your best contributions to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia and why?
To be honest, I've only edited pages around 120 times which shouldn't be that much compared to other people, but I'm mostly in this wiki for the community, which should be good enough.

d. How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful?
Look over discussions and forums nearly everyday and help make this wiki a better place.

e. Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
Yep, mostly on discussions when I see spam or profanity, I contact Anthony2306 or any other admin/dmod.
